How soon will my account be set
up and ready for use?

our sales agent process your payment.
Once an account is set up an activation notice will be
sent you via e-mail including a username, password. You

Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. If, for any reason during the first 30 days, you
are not completely satisfied with any of our services,
we will cancel your account and refund your money.

HOSTING MOTHER does not require customers to place our
banner ads on your site.
Do you offer tech support every day?
Yes, 24/7 tech support available via helpdesk system or
emergency email and fax system.
Do you offer 24 hours phone support?
Can I access my site without placing the www.?
Yes, you can access your web site with or without the
www.
Do you host foreign domain names?
Yes, all domain names will work with HostCabin.com
accounts.
Do you support Java-servlets (JSP)?
No.
Do you support Active Server Pages (ASP) application?
Unfortunately, we do not support ASP at this time due to
the fact that we only host our customer on LINUX
servers.
How fast are your connections?
We employ multiple OC-12 lines.
Do you offer any databases?
Yes, we have MySQL installed with an online interface
for managing your database.
Do you host adult sites?
No, we DO NOT host adult sites
Can you register a domain name for me?
Can you set up domains other than .com, .org, and .net
.us .info .biz?
Yes, we can help you to register a dot-com, dot-net,
dot-org, dot-us, dot-info and dot-biz domain name for
only $5 (US) per year. We also host ALL international
domain extensions. If you wish to register international
domain extensions, however, you will have to do so by
yourself.
Who owns the Domain Name I register?
You become the owner of the domain name after we
register it. You are listed as both the Administrative
and Billing Contact. If anyone tries to move your domain
or change any information on the form, the registry will
contact you first. We are listed as the Technical
Contact for the domain.
